about me

I have always been very aware of myself, my thoughts and emotions while growing up. With time, my focus started to shift away from myself to others and I wanted to understand the human mind as a hole. I can say that my journey has led me to find my true vocation, that is, to help people overcome their obstacles and heal themselves towards a more authentic and present living.

My Approach

In promoting wellbeing, I use elements of Acceptance & Committment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and schema therapy. I adapt to my clients needs and wants and find the most appropriate tools for them independently of the approach. Furthermore, I like to keep a practical approach, therefore, don't be surprised if I request outside "work".
